This is actually up to you! As soon as you provide us your thoughts on. your ideal vacation, we get to work, and quickly turn around a curated set of travel options. Your vacation is secured as soon as the vendor receives payment per their terms. (But don’t wait too long, your vacation isn’t official until the payment(s) are received, and your price may change if you wait!)
Our concierge services are complementary. We are paid by our vendors, and there is NO additional charge, upcharges, or fees for our service to you.
Don’t worry, your agent is still here! While you’re waiting for your travel date, your agent is working behind the scenes to coordinate payments, apply sale rates when possible, and even track weather concerns and alternate travel plans. Our expertise is invaluable notjust during the booking process but throughout your vacation.
If you have a problem before your trip, most concerns can be resolved with a quick call or email to your agent. For issues while on your vacation, we recommend reaching out to your destination directly as they can immediately assist. (For example, the front desk at your resort in Bali (in the same time zone!) can help you with a second pillow much quicker than we can, 10 hours behind.)
